POOL

The pool area is open for homeowner/resident enjoyment between the hours of 8am-9pm.
Please be responsible and mindful of surrounding homeowners by keeping your and your guest’s volume down and obey the posted pool rules.
Any and all issues regarding the pool should be brought to the attention of the property management only.
DO NOT BOTHER SURROUNDING HOMEOWNERS.
For the safety and enjoyment for all, posted pool rules must be adhered to at all times. Violations can result in fines and or loss of pool privileges. Contracted pool monitors have the authority to enforce pool rules and request you and your guests leave the pool area.

REMINDERS

It is the responsibility of the homeowner to ensure the lights on the exterior of fences, garages and chimney (end units) are functional. Please check to make sure your bulbs and light fixtures are in working order. Our community is safest and most beautiful at night when well lit.

YOUR PETS

Please be respectful to your neighbors and considerate of their safety by keeping your dogs on a leash when in common areas and pick up their waste. Do not allow them to dig into common area landscaping or walk among neighbor's landscaping. We all share this community.

HOLIDAY DECORATIONS

Reminder, exterior holiday decorations are only permitted in the 30 days leading up to and following a holiday. Please make sure to remove all decorations visible from the outside of your home by the appropriate time.

DO NOT PLACE DECORATIONS IN THE COMMON AREA LAWNS!
